RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

YOTIF art prints are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, size changes, accidental orders, color preference, or change of mind.

That said, if something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@yotif.art.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

Once we review the issue, we may provide a free replacement. In cases where a replacement is not possible or the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, we may provide a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, or the carrier.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we may be limited in our ability to replace or refund it.

If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit or there is a confirmed carrier issue, contact us and we’ll review the situation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because each print is made to order and may enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at studio@yotif.art and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
